Elevator Pitch : dotEYE labs is building a pixel ID similar to meta and google to enable retargeting and better the customer understanding for the offline businesses.

dotEYE labs - offers analytics of their step in customers (like age,gender,potential custoemr,heat map,dwell time etc) and their sales people (like activeness,responsiveness and etc) behaviour along with an option to retarget them more effectively with their show interested products in the offline store.

Customer journey:

users will encounter with our product to make sure they get relevant data of their customer to retarget their customer to increase the sales and this will happen only using the meta ads manager to retarget the customer with proper information of the inventory and customer info and products that the custoemrs has shown interest too...


Flow:

customer walks in to a store spends sometime and checks few products..then buys one or more/dont buy and leaves the store...

now the retailer gets an alert with the product details the walked in customer checked and we alert the retailer as potential sale conversion can happen with customer details along with interested product along with an option to send them a whatsapp msg or to make sure he sees the ad in his instagram feed...


the retailer only see the vital and relevant info to make sure he gets a smooth marketing option but he doesnt see the communication of my platform with many systems and devices to make sure no false data is processed and shown on the platform..


Measure Success:

ROI,CAC,LTV are the key metrics to measure the success of our platform..

AHA MOMENT -

1. when the retailer gets a sale generated after the customer leaves the store.

2. when he uses our analysis and suggestions,he optimises his operations and employees training is done based on our report.
